Year Long Promotion

This will be our first year hosting the Paradise Tattoo Gathering but we have a few tricks up our sleeves. The Paradise Tattoo Gathering, its artists, and sponsors will be promoted heavily to TattooNOW’s audience of over 600,000 unique tattoo enthusiasts each month. With the world class talent attending the convention, the momentum already building behind the event is humbling. Our street team is over 80 people strong, and the quality and number of people helping promote the show is inspiring. We are working very hard to insure the tattoo community, indeed the public, knows some of the best tattoo talent in the world will be in New England the last weekend in October. Our current sponsors are promoting the event to their network of artists, indeed 5,000 postcards have already been distributed worldwide in less than a month! The Paradise Tattoo Gathering is represented by sponsors and artists at nearly all major tattoo conventions throughout the year. We invite you to help join forces and to help the gathering’s artists and sponsors reach to even more people in a wide variety of ways.

Marketing Opportunities

Every attendee will receive a full color brochure with the Paradise Tattoo Gathering Map, the schedule of events, discussion panel and seminar info, competition info, and a variety of quality advertisements. A downloadable PDF version will be available online. Send us all artwork as high-resolution jpgs. Artwork is due 3 months before the event.

Select sponsors will be promoted on the Paradise Tattoo Gathering marketing materials. While one run of postcards and posters have already been given out, the next round of promotion will feature an original Joe Capobianco Witch Pinup (so they should go faster!). We have 15,000 more postcards budgeted for the next 8 months. Materials include postcards, stickers, t-shirts, etc. These materials are being distributed by our growing street team which includes world class artists, trusted distributors, online outlets, tattoo fans, friendly tattoo studios, and touring music bands who will be playing the convention after-hours parties. The sooner you jump onboard this opportunity, the more materials you will receive branding on!

TattooNOW will promote the convention heavily to its over 600,000 unique visitors a month. Banner ad campaigns will co-promote the gathering and its artists and sponsors. Sponsors also have the opportunity to have their own page on the TattooGathering.com website dedicated to their business. These pages include images, text, links, and possibly videos. (Note: the TattooGathering.com website is already reaching over 10,000 unique visitors a month, and we have realistic expectations to break 70-80,000 unique before the event!)

Larger sponsorship packages include branding in our magazine ads. We currently have a full page ad running in Tattoo Artist Magazine, a quarter page ad in Crave, and a banner ad campaign on Prickmag.net. Other magazine ads are scheduled to hit the streets. Ideally Prick magazine and other select magazines 4-6 months before the event. 3 Magazines are confirmed to come and take convention coverage, Skin Deep and Total Tattoo from the UK, and Tattoo Artist Magazine from Altanta, GA. Your support will help secure print ads for the gathering, and reinforce your existing ads in these magazines!

Place your vinyl banner in select places throughout the Paradise Tattoo Gathering. Possible banner placement for your company include the music after-hours parties, placement in the 1 large and 2 cozy tattoo rooms, in the Burbank room where all the discussion panels and contests are held, and in the artist lounge. You provide the reasonably sized banner, and we help get it in front of a lot of the right people! Prime banner locations go to select sponsorship packages. Each event and discussion panels will have a primary sponsor.

Each artist who attends the Paradise Tattoo Gathering will receive a goodie bag filled up with high quality samples, catalogs, cards, stickers, and more. If you are looking to get your sample materials directly into the hands of tattoo artists who are interested in trying new things and bettering themselves, this is a great opportunity. We expect to give away 60 goodie bags to the world class artists working the show, as well as 200-250 to artists who buy artist weekend passes.
