This "Sailor Jerry" inspired swallow tattoo was done on a client from Chicago. The tattoo is a memorial for her sister and father who have both passed away. It is always humbled to tattoo a person who is grieving the loss of a loved one. For some, I think tattoos can be an important part of their process.
