My name is Marco Ventura. Tattooing is my life and my second passion is travelling; I have visited and tattooed in over 60 countries and more than 500 cities. 

As a self-taught artist who started his career working mostly in black and grey, in 2007, an inspirational Europe trip changed my perspective, and in 2008 my world turned into colors. 

I am based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, but visit Europe and America regularly which allows me to have loyal followers all over the world.  I opened my first studio, Satisfaction Art in June 2004, as a necessity for alternative tattoo artists in Australia. The crowd was thirsty for new cutting edge artists able to bring new styles from every continent. Later, I opened my second studio, wwwhttp://www.colourtattoo.com. 

I am constantly creating new projects and developing new ideas - my brain never sleeps! Organising SURF n' Ink Australia - The International Tattoo Convention held on the Gold Coast/Australia, keeps me busy and very updated with the best of the industry.
